The board is currently recruiting for the following positions, going into effect after our annual general meeting on June 12, 2019, 7pm, at the Bill Warren Training Centre, Haig Room:

Executive Board positions:
– Equivalent to two full volunteer bonds
President
Treasurer

Board Members-at-Large
We are also always looking for motivated board members-at-large who are willing to inform the decision-making on the board level, using a variety of expertise, experience and skills, to make sure we grow sustainably and are able to provide high quality programs to our Bow Valley community for many years to come.

Coordinator positions
– All positions receive a full volunteer bond
– People in these positions do not have to be on the board, but if they are, they receive a second volunteer bond

Open positions:
2 x Volunteer coordinator  (this is a 2-person position, so a 50% workload)
Track Attack Coordinator
Registrar
Grant Writer / Sponsorship Coordinator
