HOUSEKEEPING:
- We have tweaked the training pods for the next 2 weeks
- The June 28th week is a mix of spring and summer workouts with some morning and afternoon workouts.
- The next STUR is this Thursday (17th)
- The 3000 meters run on the track will either be on June 21st or June 26th.
- We will start running 5-8km cross country time trials about once a month. The first one is scheduled for June 30th at 2pm at the CNC
