Great balance of training last week getting out to make the most of our summer opportunities. This week will be a bit lighter for regular sessions due to the Talus camp. So still tons of training your way, just in a different schedule.

8:30-11:00 Scatt/skate rollerski combo followed by strength. Meet by the rollerski treadmill.
Tuesday(25)
Multi/Primo/TTS Dev
9:00-11:00 Shoot/running intensity combo Shark.
Wednesday(26)
No AM training due to Camps.
TTS-Dev-> Strength with Chelsea
4:00-5:00 Females in the Gym
5:00-6:00 Males in the Gym
Thursday-Sunday: Camps!
