Hi T1/2s
The registration is live for the 2014 Alberta Youth Cross Country Ski Championships. This event is for kids born in 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2003 exclusively. Canmore Nordic is cohosting this event with XC Bragg Creek ski club. This is an official CNSC volunteer opportunity to earn off your volunteer bond. A volunteer request will be sent out later.

Please note – early event pricing for this event of $125 is in place only until Dec 15th afterwhich the cost rises to $175. This is because the camp wants a deposit by Dec 15 and we have to have a firm idea of how many kids will be attending.
This is a super fun event – unlike any event in the province – it is a club event – kids represent clubs not geographic areas (like Alberta Winter Games) and so it has a really cool mini nationals kind of feeling to it. This is a hugely popular event for kids and clubs. AYC is one of our big target events for our T1/2 team in 2013-14. We would love all of the T1/2 cross country skiers to attend (and any biathletes not attending AB Biathlon Champs that same weekend).
Our club has won the club aggregate banner the last couple of years and we’d love to have a full team there is challenge for that award again!
