Summer is here and it’s hotting up to be an exciting time for training and outdoor adventures!!
Tuesday 30th
T2’s are invited to join the LC’s for an hour of games and fun at Millenium Park, 10 – 11am. It’s hot so please bring a drink, wear you’re hat and don’t forget your sunblock.Wednesday 1st July

Meet at the start/finish at LGMS at 8:15am to warm up as a group. Please let me know via email if you are running so I know who to expect on Wednesday morning. Dress in red and do your country proud
Please make sure you have registered for the program on zone4.
