Check http://www.zone4.ca for your start time and distance. Most categories have shorter distances tomorrow.

COURSE:
Same course as today. They will try to fit 3 tracks around except in a few spots. Individual starts again as the course is too narrow. Tracking rule applies again tomorrow.

It appears that it will be a bit cooler tonight, but the overnight forecast has been wrong the last 10 days!

You will warm up running tomorrow and not able to try your skis on the race course. Do not despair, we have an amazing wax team that will work really hard for you. Remember that it’s a fine balance between kick and glide. The more kick you get, the less glide too! You will need a similar amount of time to warm up as today since there is no ski testing.

Please arrive the team room 1.25hrs before the first skier in your category:
Jr b: 0925
Jr g: 1040
Mini midget b: 1155
Mini midget g: 1205
Midget b: 1220
Midget g: 1235
Juv b: 1305
Juv g: 1325

Arrive the team room with your gear and pick up your bib. We will then direct you to our extra wax room (#10) to store your gear.
