Great work out there today everyone. There were some challenging icy sections out there and we coaches were impressed to see how you went for it!

CHANGE FOR TOMORROW- It is now an individual start race with 15 second intervals for all, not a mass start.

Weather: Low -10, High -4 with a mix of sun and clouds
Access the start the same way as today walking by the wax rooms in the Taj Mahal.

The first 180 turn on the uphill 1km into your course will go to the top of the hill tomorrow instead of turning 2/3 of the way up as today.

Course closes at 8:50am, but the outside of the blue loop will stay open until 9:20 and you will have to share the race track with the sit skiers who are racing on the inside yellow loop. There will be V-Boards separating the track.
Course re opens after the Midget girls are finished around Noon and will close again at 12:20 for the Atoms.

Prepare your warm up skis at home with Swix Universal Klister so they are ready when you arrive.

Bring your running shoes just in case we need to run to warm up.

For the Midgets and younger, if you do not have warm up skis, let us know when dropping off skis so the wax team can get your race skis prepared at the correct time.

Midgets and younger- Drop off your skis at the teamroom at 10:30AM at the latest.

Arrive at the teamroom 1hour and 15 minutes before your start to check in and collect your bib.
