Congrats to everyone that raced today on hard courses and slow snow. All of you are tough racers and up for a challenge. Keep in mind that the best skiers in the world skied on those exact courses 3 weeks ago.

    Two changes:
    – The first start is at 8:30am on Saturday
    – Junior boys will now ski 3 X 2.5km (instead of 2 X 3.75)

    COURSES:
All races course are on the Centennial trails. Classic technique.
    Juv B/G and Jun G will do 2 X 2.5km
    Jr B will do 3 X 2.5km
    Midget B/G will do 3 X 1.2km
Mini midgets will ski the same course as today. 2 X 1km
    Open M/W will ski 2 X 3.75km

    STADIUM:
A classic stadium set up with the start on one side and the lap in the middle. Take a look at it in the morning.

It is 15sec interval starts. Check zone4 for the start list here: http://zone4.ca/results.asp?id=8174&cat=all&pt=1

    ARRIVAL:
We need your skis 1.5hours before your start in the team room. Please bring soft skis for a thin layer of klister or we might make hairies for you to race on. Glide wax with a low fluoro yellow glide wax for midgets or younger of HF yellow if you are older. Please let us know what you used when you get there in the morning. Bring zero skis if you own them.

If we already have your skis, arrive 1.25hrs before your start.

    WARM UP:
The race courses will be closed starting at 8:15am. You will need to test your skis and warm up on the Banff trail.

See you on Saturday!
