AB Cup Saturday Race – initial post

Hello All,
Excited to get to some racing – I know I am 🙄 🙄 🙄 🙄

Here are the preliminary details for Saturday’s race.

You have to check again this evening after the captains meeting to see if there are any changes. So by 9:00, or before bed check the forum, and zone 4. check again in the morning just for good measure!

Here is the draft of timing for tomorrow:
Junior BG: 9:00
Sport: 9:15
Masters: 9:15
Midget: 9:35

OPEN 10:30

Juvenile: 11:30
Mini midget: 11:55 and 12:00
Pee Wee 12:10
Atoms 12:15
check on zone 4 around 9:00pm to confirm start times.

Race Skis: at team room no later than – 7:30 for morning racers(Jun – Open)
at team room no later than – 9:00 for afternoon racers (Juv – Atoms)
Skis – brushed, scraped, name category clearly marked

RACERS: plan to check in at team room 1 hour 25 minutes before your start time.
collect your bib from meet and greet parent – at team room.

There will be no room in the team room to hang out, or leave gear, so just collect your bib, get any messages and go to the daylodge.
Have a plan as to when you are starting your warm up, T3 and Lc’s you will be on your own for warm up. Younger categories, will talk to the meet and greet person, and get a time for warm up 🙂

Leave warm up skis, and poles outside the team room.

Bring your classic race skis to glide wax at the end of the day. Or come for the glide wax recommendation in the afternoon. Wait until Saturday for final word on binder, we may not want you to put it on.
