Great work to all the athletes, coaches, helpers, organizers. What a great day!

Glide wax your skis with the same wax as today and drop off to the team room 2hr before your race start time. Do not put on a base kick wax, but make sure your skis are clean, well brushed, well marked and named!

Course will close at 8:45am. You can warm up and test your skis on the public side of the Banff trail after this time. Your race skis will be ready 30 minutes before your start time.

    It’s a 15sec interval start race.

Stadium: Take a look at the stadium when you get there since it is set up different than today. The map is also on our website.

Athletes will use transponders (ankle bracelets) for timing. Arrive at the start 2 min earlier than usual to get those on.

For young athletes: please review the start wand start procedure with your coach before.
