Here are the details for after the BCRR:
We will do a fun skate ski leaving from the Team Room at 1:30
Those of you who raced will need to do some proper recovery between the race and the afternoon ski:
1) easy cool down ski after race
2) eat a sport bar, or drink chocolate milk (seriously!), within 20 minutes after your race
3) have a good healthy lunch, and at least 500 mls of water
4) change if your race clothes are sweaty, or just change your socks and hat
5) come and cheer me on while I am racing 😉 I will need the encouragement
The afternoon ski, we are going to find a cool downhill course to do with the T1 group, then do some games and relay’s to finish off the afternoon.
Probably done by 3:00 – 3:30, Look for us in the biathlon stadium area!
