Alberta Winter Games Trials
Canmore Nordic Centre – Tuesday December 13th.

Meet at the team room no later than 5:00pm with your skis waxed: grip and glide
OR
Arrive at 4:30pm with your skis glide waxed and binder applied (VG35, or Rode Black ironed in) to have your grip wax done. For glide apply Solda Performance Red or a Low Fluroro wax in the (-1-(-8)) range.
At 5:00 you should be ready to collect your bib and begin your warm up.

Mini midgets; 2 km classic, individual start
Midget; 2 km classic, individual start
Juvenille; 4km classic, individual start

Course will be determined depending on available terrain with lights. You may have to ski out the rec trail to get to the start.

First start will be 5:30.

You will need to bring a cheque for $40.00, made payable to Cross Country Alberta. Val (zone 2 coordinator) will have forms available for you to fill out.
Even if you do not qualify as the top 2,male/female in mini midget, or top 3 male/female in Midget / Juvenile, still fill out the form with the cheque. Zone 2 normally gets quite a few extra spots from zones that do not fill their quota.
Your cheque will only be cashed if you are accepted into the games.
