Hello U16/U18,

The weather is looking great Wednesday so we will go ahead with a road bike ride to prepare for Vernon.

WEDNESDAY(26)
Multi-Primo
4:45-6:15 Road bike ride.  Meet in front of the BWTC.  We will break into groups, cover/refresh road biking safety, then head out for a ride in smaller groups of similar speeds.  Ensure you have high visibility as we are will be on the road.

Before the session check:
-Tires (proper inflation 80-100PSI)
-Brakes (not worn/ work properly)
-Gears (lube on chain and shifting smoothly)
-Helmet (no cracks/proper fit/good condition)
