Hello U14-2’s

Thanks for enjoying a good round of agility work last practice! Caitlin will be running the show this week, as I will be away. Please note, we will also not have a practice the following Monday, August 28th during our club break.

Here’s the plan for next week:

Monday (21) Trail Run up Grassi @ CNC

5:00-6:30. Meet outside the BWTC. We will head out for a trail run along the reservoir, up to Grassi taking the hiking path. Time permitting, we will either enjoy a quick core circuit or game at the end.

If you recognize this plan from earlier weeks, you’re spot on. Hopefully the 3rd time will be the charm in running Grassi!

Monday (28) No Practice. Club Break Week
