    Hello Biathletes,

    Reminders from Matt:
    The final week of summer training has arrived, and what better way to measure your progress over the summer than with an Uphill Monitoring Run! That’s right, it has been nearly a month and time for a good, hard effort.

    As well, the Multisport Week Camp will be starting next week (August 29). If you have any questions or if something is not clear after reading the trip document, please ask.

    Monday(22) 9:00-10:30 Uphill Monitoring Run. Come to the session with 1 goal in mind for the test. Meet at the teamroom.
    **No afternoon strength**

    Tuesday(23) 9:45-11:45 Skate Roller Ski. Meet at the teamroom. (No Shooting Today)

    Wednesday(24) 9:00-12:30 Today we will run the Riverside Trail from the Canmore Nordic Center (meet at the teamrom) to Banff and take the 12:00 bus back to Canmore (arrive back in Canmore around 12:30). $6 for a 1 way trip. If you prefer, you can organize a pick up in Banff, but us coaches will be taking advantage of the local transit. It is possible to buy a snack at the Banff Farmers Market passing through town.

    9:00-11:00 Classic Roller Ski and Strength. Meet at the teamroom.
    4:30-6:00 Shooting Practice – Bring Runners

    Saturday (27) 9:00-4:00 Mt. Shark Shooting Day
    We are a bit high on training hours this week so I decided just to run this one shooting block day so we can all rest up and be prepared for the bike camp week. I will send an email shortly with transport/schedule information.
