    Hi Team,

    Good job at the Haig, was a fun trip and we made some good technique gains! 😀

    2 team sessions this week, besides that just do the training on your own.

    Monday (22): Ski stride intensity (bring classic poles, runners). Arrive at 11:30am and go for a 15min run. I will meet at you all at the team room at 11:45am to do the intensity, done at 1:00pm.

    Thursday (25): Z3-4 Rski SK intensity to start (with XC) 11:30-1:00pm

    Last week of summer 😯
