Well done to everyone getting out and logging that training this summer. Lots of fun activities out there to help build your aerobic endurance, but that first step is getting out the door to make it happen. From reading your Training Peaks entries, many of you have been accomplishing a lot of great training. If you haven’t filled out your Training Peaks lately, today is the day!
This is the first week of the summer that we do not have any conflicts and are offering all 5 team training sessions! Strength training is a key component of ski racing, so you will have 2 team strength sessions this week.
Monday(8): 9:00-10:30 Running Intensity. Meet at the Cougar Creek Parking Lot.
4:30-5:30 Strength in the Gym. Meet at the BWTC.
Tuesday(9): 9:45-11:45 Road Bike with sprints. Meet at the teamroom.
Wednesday(10): 9:00-11:00 Distance Run. Meet at the Cougar Creek Parking Lot.
Thursday(11): 9:00-11:00 Skate Roller Ski and New Strength Program. Meet at the teamroom.
4:30-6:15 Shooting Sesson – Static.
