Great work last week in the Uphill Monitoring Run. Lots of PBs and new course records. You can see the results on the link at the top of the forum.
One wonderful thing about cross country skiing and biathlon is that you can get in great training doing many different activities. As long as your heart rate is in your zone 1, you are building your aerobic base. Getting out running, hiking, biking, swimming, roller skiing, or whatever other activity that raises your heart rate into zone for about 1 hour or more, you are helping to build your base as a skier. So enjoy the summer, and keep getting out the door.
