Hello U16/18 athletes,
Welcome to August. As we move from a “general prep” training phase to a “specific prep” phase, expect to see more intensity and more ski-specific training on the plan as we look to build on a great base of volume we’ve laid over the past few months. A typical August week of training will look like this (times subject to change on a week-to-week basis):
Stu will be busy for much of the coming week with a coaching course. Rachel will be busy for much of the coming week with her WEDDING!!!!! For those training sessions where neither Stu or Rachel are available you will be joining XC.

Monday (1)
Family Day–no team training.
Tuesday (2):
All: 8:30-11:00
Shooting + classic rollerski combo.
Wednesday (3):
Primo + Multi: 9:30-11:00
Skate rollerski intensity with XC
TTS-Dev: 8:00-9:30
Skate rollerski intensity with XC
TTS-Dev: 4:00-5:00pm
Strength with Chelsea
Thursday (4)
