There are still lots of fires out West, but some rain in the forecast. Fingers crossed that they will slow down and we will get clearer skies, but we want to keep your lungs healthy. At the club we use the following guidelines based on the Canadian AQHI:
Low Risk (1-3): Training normally
Moderate Risk (4-6): No intensity outside. Maximum of 2 hours outside if it’s low intensity training
High Risk (7-10+): No training outside

4:00-5:30 Today we will build some comfort on classic rollerskis. Bring your classic boots, classic poles, helmet, gloves, drink belt, and I will provide the club classic rollerskis.
