8:30-11:00 – Range from 8:30 – 9:45, CL skis today and we will be doing some double pole sprints. Then meet in the gym at 10.
Tuesday(13) Range

8:30-10:15 -Skate roller ski on the range.

9:00-10:30 See XC fourm
Thursday(16) With XC
Multi/Primo/TTS
9:00-12:00 See XC fourm
Saturday(18) Range
Multi/Primo
9:00-10:30 Shooting skills and comps. On foot today, no need for skis.
