    Hello Team,

    Just 2 more weeks of summer training.  Do your best to make the most of the training opportunities as the foundation you are building now is what will carry you through to nationals in March.  We are staying local this Thursday for our long session, but next Thursday(22nd) we will be hiking/running Rockbound Lake/ Castle Peak. Meeting at the Rockbound Lake Trailhead right by Castle Junction. It will be a solid long day, estimated 8am-2pm.

    Note the sign up deadline for the Kimberley camp is August 15 so we can cancel unused rooms without paying a penalty. Be sure to indicate a yes or no on the spreadsheet.

    Training this week:

    Monday(12)
    Primo/TTS
    9:00-11:00 Classic Rollerski and Strength.  We will start with rollersking.  Meet in front of the BWTC.

    Tuesday(13)
    Multi/Primo/TTS
    9:00-11:00 Classic Rollerski focusing on double pole. Meet at the teamroom.

    Wednesday(14)
    Multi/Primo/TTS
    9:00-10:30 Ski Striding intensity. Z4 focus today.  Meet at the teamroom.

    TTS
    5:00-6:00 Chelsea Strength at the BWTC (but delivered by Matt).

    Thursday(15)
    Multi/Primo/TTS
    9:00-12:00 Skate Rollerski (1hr) and Run (2hr) combo day.  We will switch part way through the session, so you will be able to snack/drink between, but you’ll need 1.5L of water and 2 bars for fueling.  Meet at the teamroom.
