Hello Team, I hope that all are doing well. Just 1 more week before the Haig….. Yahoo….
Here’s the plan for this week:
Tuesday (14): Harvey Heights parking lot drop off, top of Silver Tip for pick up. 9:15-11:00am. Bring skate and classic gear (skis and poles), we will do some Z1 and Z3. Please bring your hrm. Biathletes will start shooting at 11:30am.
Wednesday (15): Z1 run. Meet at Cougar Creek parking lot. 9:15-11:15am. Bring water and hrm.
Thursday (16): Z1 and Z3. Meet at team room. 9:15am -11:00am. Ski walking. Bring your hrm. Bring poles that are 5cm shorter than on-snow poles but not shorter. If you don’t have those poles, then bring regular length classic poles. Biathletes will shoot at 8:30am and spend the entire practice with Jeff/Geret.
I will send the Haig camp details on Monday.
