XC-LC SCHEDULE FOR THE FALL:
HOUSEKEEPING:
- We could change workouts at the last minute, continue to look at the forum prior to each workout.
- We are still looking for a few parents to help out with cooking at the Kaslo camp (primarily in the second part of the week). Email Alain if you can help.
- Kaslo Camp is August 22-28, see trip doc for more info.
- No programming August 29 to September 6. The first fall session will be September 7th with the above schedule
Training is reduced a bit this week due to a great chunk of training coming your way in Kaslo. Get that energy up and check your training peaks so you can enter the camp ready to train well.
MONDAY (16):
AM: No Team Training
PM:
Supremo
330-445: All Supremo athletes in the gym with Chelsea. No need to warm up before, go straight to the gym.
TUESDAY (17):
Multi-Primo-Supremo
Skate Rollerski – Z6 intensity @ CNC. Arrive at 9am and warm up for 15 minutes. Meet at the teamroom at 9:15. Done at 10:30
WEDNESDAY (18): No team training
THURSDAY (19):
Primo-Supremo
Strength and Classic Rollerski: Arrive at 8:15 for 10 minute warm up. Meet in front of the BWTC at 8:25 for mobility. Remember your clean indoor shoes for the gym. Switching to classic rollerskiing at 9:30. Done at 10:15.
