Hello T2s,
Welcome to the final week of Summer Training. You have logged some great sessions and lots of good days on your own out there, well done! I will be away with the LCs next week at the Kaslo camp, so no team training that week. We have learned over the years to let you get into the swing of school for a week before starting team training, so there will not be sessions the week of August 30- Labor Day. The Fall program will kick off in full swing Tuesday, September 7th.
Training this week:
Tuesday(17) Run & Strength @ Quarry Lake
4:00-5:30 We will get out for a run with some sprints then wrap up with some strength. Remember your drink belt to keep hydrated during the session.
