Friday, August 22
So it looks like rain, and more rain for the rest of the day. I am sure that Katrine, Megan and Lance, who shot in the rain the past three days will agree that cancelling practice today is not a bad thing. SO, no practice today. The next practice, and the last one before the backpacking camp and the week off for the start of school will be on Tuesday, August 26 at 4:30.

Hi Everyone: Here is the update based on the range times assigned to us for this week. Thanks for keeping up with the program.
Tuesday: Aug 19 – 10:30-12:00 w/ Emma – please bring your roller skis
Wednesday: Aug 20 – 4:30-6:00 w/Emma – longer combo loops w/ running
Thursday: Aug 21 – 9:00-10:30 w/Emma, then strength. Please bring rollerskis
****UPDATE****Thursday: Aug 21 – 1:00-2:30 – volume shooting, w/running
****UPDATE****Friday: Aug 22 – 1:00-2:30 – Buff Precision shooting test and Sprint Time Trial (please bring rollerskis)
The Summer Biathlon Championships are scheduled for Saturday, September 13th. Please plan to attend.
