Hello U14-2’s!
After a bit of an impromptu extended holiday, I’m back! I’m still on the mend a bit for August and unfortunately I can’t join you all for long activities just yet, such as this week’s run. Caitlin will be running the show for you all tomorrow!
Here’s our plan for Monday:
Monday (19) Run @ Cougar Creek
5:00-6:30. Meet in the Cougar Creek parking lot. We’ll go for a loop along the Horseshoe / G8 trail, with (just a few) speed efforts… Weather looks wonderful for a run through the woods!Note:
This is our last session for the summer! We will be going on break next week with our club shutdown to coincide with the start of school, as well as taking the Labour Day off. Our next session will be the Tuesday, September 3!
