It’s Haig camp time this week. Roy will lead a workout on Tuesday if you are in town. Please attend or check TP.

Tuesday Aug 21 – 9am-11am – Harvie Heights – skate roller ski
we will ski out on the legacy trail – focus z1 endurance skiingPlease bring your blood test results on the Haig if you have them.
