    Hey Team,

    A few items this week: a reminder of the club shut down August 28 – September 3 during which time there will be no team training sessions. When we start back up we will be switching over to the Fall training schedule (see the recent forum post).

    Matt and Mark are each taking some time off and will be out of town for the next two weeks, so if you would like to get in touch with a coach please send myself or Stu a message.

    Training this week:

    Monday(21) 
    Primo/TTS-Dev
    9:00-11:00 Skate rollerski and strength at the BWTC.
    U18 start in the gym, U16 start rollerskiing.

    Tuesday(22)
    Multi/Primo/TTS-Dev
    9:00-11:00 Classic Rollerski, distance and sprints. Meet in front of BWTC.

    Wednesday(23)
    Multi/Primo/TTS-Dev
    9:00-10:30 Silvertip Uphill Run! Arrive at 9:00, first starter goes at 9:30. Coaches will make the start list in the morning. Remember to wear a working heart rate monitor.

    Thursday(24)
    Multi/Primo/TTS-Dev
    8:00-1:00 Meet at BWTC, hike/run up Grassi Lakes trail, followed by EEOR. Return to BWTC. As always, bring at least 500ml of water and 30g of carbohydrate for each hour of training, as well as clothing for all weather conditions. Bear spray is also always a good idea.
