Hello U14s,
We have reached our final week of the summer! The first week back at school is a lot to chew on, so we historically have given that week off of team training to help you settle into the fall routine. We will also not have training on Labour Day. So, fall team training will kick off with a bang on Tuesday, September 6 having both U14-1 and U14-2 all together! The typical week will be:
Monday 5:00-6:30
Tuesday 5:00-6:30
Thursday (Biathlon) 4:45-6:15
Saturday 1:00-3:00
Training this week:
Monday(22) Run @ Cougar Creek
4:00-5:30 We will meet at the Eagle (Cougar Creek/Lady Mac Trailhead) and head out for a distance run on the horseshoe loop. Keep up the good work coming prepared for workouts with appropriate clothing for the weather and your drink belt.
