It has been a great summer of training. The final week of August will be a mix of morning and afternoon sessions as some athletes are starting school this week.

Training plan for this week:
Monday (26) LC/LC+ 9:00-10:30 Skate Rollerski intensity. Eat a light breakfast. Meet at the Holiday Inn, but we will be rollerskiing on the Cougar Creek path, so no need for parents to shuttle as with previous workouts.
LC+ 4:40-5:45 Strength at the BWTC
Tuesday(27) T2/LC/LC+ 4:45-6:30 Uphill Monitoring Run. Finish your afternoon snack at least 2 hours before training. Meet at the teamroom.
Wednesday(28) LC+ 8:30-1:00 Adventure Wednesday – Classic Rollerski to Banff Springs Golf course and Run the riverside trail back to CNC. Meet at Travel Alberta.
Thursday(29) LC/LC+ 9:15-11:30 Skate Rollerski with sprints and strength. Meet at the teamroom.
