    Remember: Starting Aug 1 we will begin our iLog challenge. If you complete all 31 days of your August iLog entries, you will be entered in to a draw to win a prize (a giant toblerone) at the end of the month! So get logging.

    Monday(3): NO TEAM TRAINING- Happy Heritage Day

    Tuesday(4): **LC1 and LC2 separate today**
    RANGE 8:30 to 10:00
    LC1- 10:00-12:00 Agility training and strength. Meet at the teamroom.
    LC2- Bike from home for 30 min and meet at the gym at 10am for strength. Bike home for a cool down.

    Wednesday(5): **LC1 & LC2 today**
    8:00-11:30 Meet at Travel Alberta to road bike Legacy/Minnewanka/Banff loop. We will be getting in some kilometers today to help prep for the adventure week, and get some good quality long distance training. We are starting an hour earlier than usual to beat the tourists out on the trails.
    NO SHOOTING TODAY – MOVED TO SATURDAY AM

    Thursday(6): **LC1 and LC2 separate today**
    LC1 Bike from home for 30 minutes and meet at the gym at 10:30. Bike home for a cool down.
    LC2- Bike from home for 30 min and meet at the gym at 9:30 for strength. Bike home for a cool down.
    RANGE 11:30 to 1:00

    ***Saturday(8)***: Shooting- 8:30 to 10:00
