Just a quick post this week. There is no team training this week as noted in your guidelines/ training peaks and mentioned at Adventure Week. Recover well after a great camp and that good load of aerobic capacity training. Follow your guidelines or training peaks for the week. We will kick off Fall training on Tuesday, September 8th 4:30-6:30
For the fall team training will be:
Monday:
LC1 Biathlon 4:30-6:30
LC2 Biathlon 4:30-6:30
LC1 XC- No team training
LC2 XC- Occasional practice
Tuesday:
LC1 XC & Biathlon & LC2 XC & Biathlon together 4:30-6:15
Wednesday:
LC1 Biathlon- OFF
LC1 XC- 4:30-6:30
LC2 XC & Biathlon together 4:30-6:30
Thursday:
LC1 & LC2 Biathlon 4:30-6:30
LC1 & LC2 XC 4:30-6:30
Friday: All- No team training
Saturday: All- AM training starting about 9:30am
Biathlon Sessions for LC1 & 2 will also run on Saturday mornings. Sessions will sometimes be combined and sometimes separate.
Sunday: All- No team training
