    Great to see a few more of you at workouts in the last few weeks!

    This week we will get involved in some agility and strength work with the LC1’s. Tuesday 4th: 10am – 12noon. Meet at the Team Room at 10am for some running and agility fun then you’ll head into the gym. You will need to bring clean shoes to put on for the gym and a drink belt.

    If you can’t make workouts try to get out hiking with your poles and do a few 10 – 15 second ski striding and hill bounding efforts to reinforce good classic technique.

    Don’t forget to sign up for camps and make sure you know the dates of when all the fun activities are happening:
