* This weekend is a long weekend, but we are still offering a Monday morning workout (not strength in the afternoon).
Monday (5): LC/LC+. 0900-1030, meet at team room. RS-Sk with some BE intensity. No afternoon strength
Tuesday (6): T2/LC/LC+. 0900-1045, meet at team room. Uphill Monitoring Run. Only a light breakfast. We could use 1-2 parent helpers today (email Alain -> thanks!)
Wednesday (7): LC/LC+/RAD. Adventure in rollerskiing and running. Information will be emailed to those that have signed up.
Thursday (8): LC/LC+. 0915-1130, meet at team room. Run followed by strength in the gym.
