Hopefully everyone is getting out for lots of fun summer adventures. Training for this week will be:
Monday(8) Run & Strength @ Riverside Park
4:00-5:30
Meet in the middle of the park. We will head out for a distance run with a little strength mixed in, then finish with some solid core in the grass at the park. Be sure you have your drink belt to hydrate throughout the session. It is good to drink about every 20 minutes and will greatly improve your training adaptation when you hydrate throughout a session.
