XC-LC SCHEDULE FOR THE FALL:
HOUSEKEEPING:
- We could change workouts at the last minute, continue to look at the forum prior to each workout.
- We are still looking for a few parents to help out with cooking at the Kaslo camp (primarily in the second part of the week). Email Alain if you can help.
- Kaslo Camp is August 22-28
- No programming August 29 to September 6. The first fall session will be September 7th with the above schedule
MONDAY (9):
AM:
Multi-Primo-Supremo
born 2004-05:
RS-CL. Arrive at 900 and warm up for 15min in Z2. Meet at the team room at 915. Intensity in Z4. Done at 1030
born 2006-07:
RS-SK. Arrive at 900 and warm up for 15min in Z2. Meet at the team room at 915. Intensity in Z4. Done at 1030
PM:
Supremo
330-445: All Supremo athletes in the gym with Chelsea. No need to warm up before, go straight to the gym.
Tuesday (10):
Multi-Primo-Supremo
Z2 run. 900-1045. Meet at the Eagle.
Wednesday (11):
Multi-Primo-Supremo
Adventure day! Skate rollerskiing
All groups to start at Fireside @ 8am. 2007’s will do 30km, 2006 35km, 2005 40km, 2004 50km
Everyone will ski back to Canmore on the Legacy Trail. Ski home if you are comfortable skiing on the Canmore streets (or get picked up at Travel Alberta). Estimated arrival time 11am-noon
Thursday (12):
Primo-Supremo
Strength in gym then RS-CL. 815-1015. Arrive at 815 and run for 15min. Meet at the entrance of the BWTC at 830. After the strength, we will classic rollerski.
