Hopefully we are all getting out the door and enjoying some fun summer workouts with our friends and family. That said it would be great to see a few more of you at workouts on Tuesday’s if you are in town to make sure you are on track for a great start to the full team program at the end of August and 2016-17 ski season. 😛

    Tuesday 5th: 9:45 – 11:45 @ CNC
Meet at the team room for run and strength mixed in. Although there are a lot of bear warnings we will make use of the lower trails but please bring your bear spray and drink belt!! Check in with Matt as Allison is away at the Alberta Ski Team camp.

    Tuesday 7th: 9:45 – 11:45 @ CNC
Road biking with sprints. Meet at the Team room. Don’t forget water bottles and to check the weather before leaving the house.

    Tuesday 16th: 9:45 – 11:15 @ CNC
Classic roller ski. We will work on some double pole technique along with getting our rollerski legs back! Please note the session is only 90 mins! You NEED to wear a helmet and gloves are a good idea. Bring a drink belt too!

    Monday 22nd: 9:00 – 11:00 @ CNC ***Please note change of day!!
Today we will have a go at the uphill monitoring run. We are going to use this run as a test of fitness (and toughness), it’s 4-6 mins of running uphill. We will go over the course on Monday beforehand. It would be great to have as many T2s as possible for this session! Bring your drink belt!!

    Tuesday 30th: No team training
This is Adventure Week with the all team members coming together for 3 days of activities. There is no training on Tuesday since we are hiking on Wednesday, biking on Thursday and heading to Calgary for activities on Friday.
