Here is the training info for the weekend:
Most of you are camping so the meeting times on friday and saturday you will hear while out there. Those athletes who are not camping or only joining for part of the camp please note the meeting times each day.
Thursday (27):
a.m.
– drop off gear before driving the Norquay. Lock bikes up, don’t leave food!
– Meet at Norquay parking lot at 9:30am
– Z3 ski striding intensity. Bring your CL poles
p.m.
Leaving from campground, Z1 Rd bike around minnewanka, tunnel and norquay. We’ll stay off the TCH.
night: camping, cooking, socializing
Friday (28):
a.m.
– start workout at 9:00am bottom of sunshine Rd. (leave campground at 8:40am)
– Rski SK with DP, DA and legs only/freeskate workout
p.m.
– Z1 run at Minnewanka
night: camping, cooking, socializing
Saturday (29):
a.m.
– pack up camping gear before workout
– Meet at bottom of norquay at 9:00am (leave campground at 8:45am)
– CL Rski time trial
– After TT, drive home
p.m.
– Z1 combo at NC
