    Great Job today everyone in Banff. There was some very good ski walking, lots of energy during the gym time and tons of fun in the pool.

    Thanks to all the helpers to shuttle and drive kids.

    Monday Oct 25th:
    5:00 @ the Team room CNC. We will be skate skiiing. Please bring all your skate gear: poles, boots, skis. Also bring a pair of running shoes. We will be running first then onto some skiing.
