Hi Everyone:

Great job at the races on the weekend. It was lots of fun to see everyone working hard and challenging themselves. It is good to get a race in the bank, we can look at the results and make goals for the next few weeks.

This Week:

Monday, Dec 8: A day off, you deserve it.

Tuesday, Dec 9: LC1 & LC2. A special presentation on rules in ski races.

Wednesday, Dec 10: LC1 & Lc2 – ?

Thursday, Dec 11: 4:30 – 6:00 – LC2 w Jeff

Saturday, Dec 13: 12:00 – 14:00 – LC1 and LC2 w/ Jeff and John

Hi:

Due to very important circumstances the Saturday practice will now take place at the original time of 9:00 AM. We will ski and shoot for 90 min. Hopefully the snow will not be too bad at the Nordic Centre.
