HI Eveyone:
Is it not great to have more snow at the Nordic Centre and finally be able to have some shooting practices on snow. There are a little under two weeks until the first race, yahoo. Looking forward to it.
Monday, Nov 17 – Biathlon – LC1 and LC2 – 4:30-6:30 w/ Geret and John – LC1’s (2000) have a wax clinic at 6:30 in the team room.
Tuesday, Nov 18 – All LC’s – 4:30 – 6:30 – Skate Intensity
Wednesday, Nov 19 – LC’s Classic Ski – No team training for Biathlon LC1’s
Thursday, Nov 20 – Biathlon – LC2’s – 4:15 – 6:00 – w/ Jeff and Macx
LC1’s – 4:45 – 6:00 Strength then a Foam Roller SeminarSaturday – LC2’s – Time Trial w/ Foothills – 2:00 pm zero. We can discuss this on Thursday.
LC1’s have a great time at the Lake Louise Camp.
