HI Everyone:
Great camp at Nipika. I really enjoyed having a chance to participate in the training at Nipika. Good luck and have fun to those going on the SALTS trip. For the rest of you it is a bit of rest and a bit of racing then a long weekend.

Thursday: 4:15-5:50 w/ Jeff then Strength
Friday: A Special Physical Training Practice: Check the XC Forum.
Sat-Sun: Rest Days
Monday: Biathlon Practice: Times TBD
