    Good Day Team:

    We are currently five weeks away from the first races of the season. It is important that you keep healthy, train hard and have fun over the next few weeks. This week the schedule is:

    Tuesday: 3:30 – 5:15 – Shooting Practice w/ Geret. Low intensity, plenty of precision, bring your focus to this one.

    Wednesday: Dry Fire with Geret – Speak to him at practice regarding arrangements for this. Dry fire is very important this time of year to increase contact with the rifle, understand the role of dry fire and how it can make you a better biathlete.

    Thursday: 4:30 – 6:30 w/ Jeff. Plenty of combo shooting with longer intervals. The goal is to work up to race pace and time. Please bring your roller skis.

    Friday: 1:30 – 3:00 – w/ Geret – We can discuss this practice this week with the goal of getting you on your skis and shooting.

    LC’s are with Geret for the CWG camp. Have a good one
