Hi Everyone:
The warm weather is welcome, with reservations, due to declining skiing conditions. Two more week of practice then the Alberta Championships. ( FYI- Hinton in the site of Biathlon Nationals in 2015 )
Tuesday – 3:30 – 5:15 – w/ Bill and Geret – Prepare for some intensity.
Thursday – 4:30 – 6:15 – w/ John and Jeff – Longer loops, low intensity, and strength.
Saturday – We are invited to a Time Trial. We can do that or have our own practice in the AM, that frees up the day. Your call, let me know.
Good luck to our racers at Nationals: Aidan, Matt, Nicole, Katrine and Emma.
