It’s going to be cold this week. I will post a weekly plan sometime on Monday. I recommend to wait until Tuesday or Wednesday to register for the AB Cup races.

Remember, if you decide to ski when it’s cold:
– Don’t ski long
– Ski at slow pace, to keep your breathing and heart rate down
– Go in classic
– Dress well, especially extremities and face

Skiing when colder than -25 serves no purpose and is dangerous
