Cookie Race

Start time for 3km and 5km is approximately 10:30. 1km start will be posted in the morning.

bib pick up ends at 9:30

Also, the parking can get very tight so the earlier you arrive the closer you will be to the start! I would recommend leaving Canmore no later than 8:00.

It will be cold overnight, so glide wax with a cold wax:
1) LF4 swix
2) F15 blue solda
3) start green
4) CH4 swix
The air temp is supposed to go up to -2 or so, but the snow takes much longer to change!

Look for Scott, Alain, roddy and myself for help with grip wax.
Please do your ironed in binder at home, we will not have power or time to clean bases in the morning.

**for those of you doing the 5km race, please make sure you talk to me before the race. 😉 This is a longer distance than you are used to racing. But you are certainly ready to do this distance. Please remember to start out slow and steady, then you can pick up your pace after 3km if you are feeling good! 8) **
