Hi Team, Great job at the first BCRR race. I hope you had fun with that challenge course.
This is headlamp season. Please bring a headlamp to every evening session.
Monday 5:00-6:30pm. CLASSIC. Apply some Rode Super Blue (-1-(-3)) for wax or something in the (-1-(-5)) range. With some fresh snow mixed in the snow will start to act more similar to what the grip wax says for temperature range.
Tuesday 5:00-6:30pm ABWG Trials. Please see extra post for details. I will need a few course marshalls to help direct kids around the course as well as a few extra hands to do general race stuff. This will be a low key training race but it needs to go smoothly. I will send out a call for volunteers to chip in. This session is only for kids eligible for ABWG (mini-midget: 11-12 years old, born in 2000 or 2001, Midget: 13-14 years old, born in 1998, or 1999)
Thursday 5:00-6:30pm SKATE. Freshen up your skate skis with a coat of blue glide wax for the colder temperatures rolling in.
