Nice work on the weekend in racing and training!
We are off to Rossland this weekend, will be a FUN trip!! 8) 8)
Tuesday (13): 4:30-6:15pm. Z1 SK combo.
Wednesday (14): 4:45-7:00pm. ABWG Trials. Please go for a 30min Z1 ski before zero. Zero is at 5:30pm and we will start the trials around 6:00pm (Sprint race). You should all do a bit more combo after the time trial (till 7:00pm)
*Please remember to bring your form and $40 cheque written out to Biathlon Alberta (form attached again)
**Also: remember you need to be registered online for the games ASAP. Instructions attached.
Thursday (15): No team session, Z1 classic ski for 1.25-1.5hrs. Please get this classic ski in, since it’s your only classic training this weekend.
Weekend: Please refer to the emails for the weekend. We will participate in two skate races in Rossland.
The following week you can expect sessions from Tuesday-Thursday, and then you will be into xmas break training. I will post the 2 week xmas break team sessions on the forum in a few days.
