    We are bringing back the Canmore Nordic Club Athlete of the month. November was quite busy, but we have had a chance to catch our breath and the voting is now live!     Be sure to look after yourselves with this cold weather. Dress properly when you are out. It can be good to have a humidifier in your bedroom room as the air gets really dry when it is so cold. This can help to keep you from getting a scratchy, sore throat. Also, hydrate lots as your body is losing extra fluids in the dry environments.

    Training this week:

    Monday (12) 4:30-6:00 Skate Combo with Short Sprints.

    Tuesday(13) 4:30-6:30 Classic Ski then Strength. LC1s will start skiing, LC2 in the gym. Then switch. Meet in the teamroom. No Shooting tonight!

    Wednesday(14) 4:30-6:30 Skate Distance with speed work. Meet at the teamroom.

    Thursday(15) 4:30-6:30 Head to the Gym. 45 min treadmill or spin, 1 hour strength. With a surprise!

    Sunday 2:00-4:30 Be ready to be video-ed! Skate Combo – meet on the range.
